Mr. Sanders is a business professional with many years of experience as a business analyst, data analyst and program analyst.  Mr. Sanders is a graduate of Florida A&M University.  He obtained a Bachelors of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and a Masters of Science Degree in Applied Social Science.  Mr. Sanders served as a program analyst at the Pentagon and Washington Naval yard.  He has worked with the Equal Employment Opportunity Office identifying barriers and trends within the government’s work force and advocating for more diversity and inclusion.  Mr. Sanders worked as a compliance officer and coordinator providing support to failing schools during the No Child Left Behind school reform and currently serves as a business analyst for CBRE Union Bank.
